Lokta bushes quickly regrow after being cut, making it a renewable source for the lokta paper. The paper is acid-free and is a great for creating natural labels, printing inserts, as decorative paper, or other fun projects.
The paper can be used in both laser and inkjet printers and can also be used for handwritten notes or even book binding projects. Due to the handmade nature, color, thickness, and exact measurements can vary from batch to batch. For handwritten projects, the fibrous nature does allow for some feathering and ghosting if writing with pens with heavy ink.
The paper contains some natural flecks from the lokta bark which adds to its character making each page unique.
